1. How do I place an order?
Once you have a valid prescription, you can place an order directly with Plymouth Cannabis Club. We will verify your prescription before dispensing.
2. Do you accept NHS and private prescriptions?
Currently, most prescriptions are private. We work with patients holding valid private prescriptions.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after prescription verification. Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days depending on your location in the UK.
4. Is shipping discreet?
Yes. All orders are packed in plain, tamper-proof packaging to ensure your privacy and security.
5. How much is shipping?
Standard UK delivery is free on orders above £250 (varies by prescription). Otherwise, a small shipping fee will apply, which is confirmed at checkout.
6. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
7. Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes we ship internationally.
8. What if my package is delayed or missing?
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact our support team immediately. We will work with our delivery partner to resolve the issue.
9. Can I return or exchange products?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of medical cannabis, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once products have been dispensed. If there is an error with your order, please contact us directly.
