At Plymouth Cannabis Club, we are committed to ensuring that all medical cannabis products are delivered safely, securely, and discreetly to patients in the UK and internationally.
1. Shipping Eligibility
We ship within the UK and internationally.
A valid medical cannabis prescription is required for every order.
Patients are responsible for checking and complying with local import laws before placing an international order.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed once prescriptions are verified.
Processing usually takes 1–2 working days.
Orders placed after 3 PM UK time or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next working day.
3. Delivery Timeframes
UK Delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch.
Express UK Delivery: Next working day where available.
International Delivery: 5–15 working days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
Please note: International shipments may experience delays at customs.
4. Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped with patient privacy and security in mind:
Plain, unbranded packaging with no mention of cannabis or medical products.
Tamper-proof, sealed containers to protect product integrity.
Neutral sender details to maintain confidentiality.
5. Tracking & Notifications
Every order includes a tracking number once dispatched.
Patients will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
International tracking may vary depending on the local postal or courier service.
6. Delivery Requirements
UK deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
International deliveries may require ID verification, customs clearance, or import permits.
Patients are responsible for ensuring that medical cannabis is legally permitted in their destination country.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Seized Orders
UK Orders: If an order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, patients should contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
International Orders: We cannot guarantee delivery if the package is held or seized by customs in the destination country. Refunds are not issued in such cases.
If a package is lost in transit (not customs-related), we will work with our courier to resolve the matter.
8. Restricted Deliveries
We cannot ship to countries where medical cannabis is strictly prohibited. Patients must confirm the legal status of medical cannabis in their country before placing an order.
