At Plymouth Cannabis Club, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality medical cannabis products to our patients. Due to strict UK regulations surrounding prescription medicines, our refunds and returns policy is limited. Please read carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns

Prescription products cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been dispensed and delivered, even if unopened. This is a legal requirement to ensure patient safety and product integrity.

We cannot accept returns for products that were incorrectly ordered or if you change your mind after purchase.
2. Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:

Dispensing error: If you receive the wrong product compared to your prescription.

Damaged or defective products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Cancelled order before dispatch: If you cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped, you may be eligible for a full refund.
3. How to Request a Refund

5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:

The product matches your prescription and was dispensed correctly.

The product is no longer needed after being dispensed.

You fail to notify us of damage or errors within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed or lost in transit:
