Refunds & Returns

At Plymouth Cannabis Club, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality medical cannabis products to our patients. Due to strict UK regulations surrounding prescription medicines, our refunds and returns policy is limited. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

  • Prescription products cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been dispensed and delivered, even if unopened. This is a legal requirement to ensure patient safety and product integrity.

  • We cannot accept returns for products that were incorrectly ordered or if you change your mind after purchase.

2. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Dispensing error: If you receive the wrong product compared to your prescription.

  • Damaged or defective products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • Cancelled order before dispatch: If you cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped, you may be eligible for a full refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

Our team will review your case and confirm eligibility for a refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product matches your prescription and was dispensed correctly.

  • The product is no longer needed after being dispensed.

  • You fail to notify us of damage or errors within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed or lost in transit:

  • Contact us immediately. We will investigate with our delivery partner.

  • Replacement or refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
